This is a picture of Teresa, mother of Maricarmen and our featured Quinceanera.  How beautiful they are together. The beautiful mother and daughter loving story brought tears to my heart when I first spoke with Teresa  on the phone. She shared the touching story of how a mother's love and devotion has made the difference in this beautiful young woman's life.

The special words from Teresa's heart to her loving daughter Maricarmen at church on her special day are written here to inspire you for your own life.

"You’re a precious treasure in God’s eyes and today you’re a princess.  When I think of you I think of what a blessing God has given me!  There are no sufficient words to express my love for you.  When you were born I knew of a daughter, today I know of a friend.  I remember when I was pregnant and prayed for a girl, never imagined that I would receive such a great blessing from God.  Today I pray that on your special day, today, you receive so much more than what you wished for as it happen to me when God gave you to me.  That you always know that I love you and am proud of you.
